SATURDAY 7/11/15; Eurogroup Meeting on Greece’s Fate

At 3:21 AM Athens time (8:21 PM EST Friday evening in the States), the Greece parliament approves the bailout plan. PM Tsipras overcomes another hurdle and with the positive words from European leaders the Greece bailout plan should be approved this weekend. German Chancellor Merkel has been very quiet the last couple days; she holds all the cards. German is Greece’s largest creditor. Germany remains concerned that

Typhoon Chan-hom, the worst storm in over 60 years in China, destroys $300 million in crops. Food is a precious commodity in the highly populated communist country. One million people are evacuated from the storm that now heads towards Korea. North Korea is in a 100-year drought and will welcome the rain as the storm diminishes.
