Seoul local Monday morning time; 10 AM Sydney local time), the week begins with
a bang. The SPASX200 gains +1%. Aussie dollar 0.7922. The NIKK leaps +1.5% out
of the gate. The KOSPI ghains +1% with the Won strengthening to 1085.73. On
Sunday, China cut its benchmark rate by 25 basis points to 5.1%. The Chinese
rate cut creates an Asian rally. The Chinese stimulus will require raw materials
from Australia and Japan and Korea will benefit as trading partners.
