Today is the first trading day of December. S&P -7. Dow -33. Nasdaq -13. US futures are soggy on news that the Senate will not vote on the tax bill Thursday and instead delay the vote until today at 11 AM EST (4 PM London; 5 PM Frankfurt; 1 AM Saturday morning Tokyo).

Euro 1.19. Dollar/yen 112.58. Pound 1.3532. Bitcoin 10059. WTIC oil 57.37.

Treasury yields are; 2-year 1.79%, 5-year 2.14%, 5-year 2.41%, 30-year 2.83%. The 2-10 spread is at 62 bips.
