The Public School Teachers’ Pension and
Retirement Fund of Chicago files a lawsuit against the largest banks for
colluding to manipulate the large and lucrative interest rate swaps market. The
pension fund alleges that BAC, BCS, BNP Paribas, C, CS, DB, GS, JPM, RBS and
UBS are stifling competition to enrich themselves. The banks are not
commenting; they are busy colluding to create a counter strategy.
