stock market buoyancy may be attributable to Clinton leading in the polls. She is a friend of Wall Street having been paid huge sums of money by the investment banks to appear at token luncheons. Clinton will provide the quid pro quo to Wall Street if she is elected; she is in the back pocket of the investment banks.
