Typically, the republican presidential nominee
receives a +5% bump in the polls after the convention and the democrat nominee
usually receives a +6% goose. The new polls will be interesting to judge the
performance of the orange-headed Trump last week. Both Trump and Clinton are
disliked by 75% of the country; what a sad state of affairs. Wall Street is
more comfortable with Clinton since the investment banks already paid her off
with lucrative speaking engagements and a quid pro quo would be expected.
