A 6.5 earthquake occurs in the ocean near Japan’s troubled Fukishima nuclear disaster site. A tsunami warning was immediately issued but the waves are not damaging. TEPCO, the operator of the troubled Fukishima plant, says clean up operations are continuing and no disruptions occurred. The news from Japan cannot be trusted since the government is controlling all communications. Any citizen reporting on Fukishima without first receiving government approval is thrown in jail. What is truly going on behind those gates at Fukishima? How many thousands of gallons of radioactive water are flowing into the Pacific Ocean daily?

The Israel-Hamas conflict enters day five with no end in sight. Rockets and air raid sirens continue across Israel and Gaza. An Israeli ground raid into Gaza may be imminent. In Ukraine, refugees are fleeing pro-Russian separatist strongholds such as Donetsk since a military crackdown is likely imminent. Businessmen and community leaders are fleeing which leaves cities in ruin unable to properly function economically. There is an eerie feeling that a major Ukraine military offensive is about to begin.

President Obama’s woes continue since video and pictures show him frolicking at fund raisers while the border problem grows out of control. Many immigrants are saying they are 16-year old children but in truth they are 22-year old men. Immigrants are infected with head lice, tuberculosis, scabies and other diseases. A border agent is hospitalized with pneumonia contracted from an illegal alien. MS-13 gang members are entering through the border as well as Pakistani and other nationalities doubling as Central American ethnicity. These trouble-makers plant the seeds of future domestic terrorism. President Obama refuses to visit the border area and appears detached from all the ongoing domestic and geopolitical problems as well as the growing scandals. Comically, but sadly, the president is living up to the moniker; Spectator-in-Chief.

President Obama wants $3.7 billion for the border crisis which would only be an initial payment to handle the mess. Instead, the president needs to visit or send messages to Central America and Mexico telling them not to send unsupervised children north. The president’s solutions always involve spending more money and this proposal equates to $67K per immigrant. More and more middle class and poor are up in arms astonished that the US government is providing all that money and care to illegal immigrants while they suffer daily dealing with an ongoing disinflationary economy.

Kicking the president further, Germany’s Merkel is livid with the president over the ongoing US spying and has ousted the top CIA station chief from Germany. Chancellor Merkel continues the fight today saying that Berlin and Washington have two different perspectives concerning the spying on partners. Germany rightfully shows more respect and care concerning government spying because of the dark days and tragic lessons learned from the oppressive Nazi Gestapo during WW II.

Israel orders residents in northern Gaza to evacuate as airstrikes begin on Hamas targets. Tensions remain high as tracer fire lights up a sleepless night in Israel and Gaza. The sound of gunfire in the streets is particularly worrisome and indicates a situation that is escalating.
