Day six begins for the Israel-Hamas conflict with day break
not bringing an end to the ongoing explosions and rocket fire. Israel conducts
raids into Gaza overnight and says the ground incursions will continue. There
are no Israeli deaths thus far but 150 Palestinians have been killed and nearly
1000 people are injured over the last few days. In Iraq, ISIS militants seize
nuclear materials adding to their arsenal of chemical weapons and even a Scud
missile. The Middle East is spinning out of control. North Korea launches two
ballistic missiles into the sea near South Korea to stir up tensions in Asia.
Everywhere you turn there is another mess but traders do not
care about geopolitical turmoil since the Fed and other central bankers plan on
keeping stock markets elevated forever. The US southern border crisis grows
worse by the day. The MS-13 Mexican gangs are being paid $50K per head to bring
‘special immigrants’ into the US including Russians, Chinese and Pakistani operatives
that will likely foster future US domestic terrorism. The humanitarian crisis
at the border is metastasizing into other States as illegal immigrants are
bused and flown to other communities. The southern States face a full-on health
crisis. The drug-resistant strain of tuberculosis from Central America is
particularly alarming. Border agents are becoming ill and several have now
contracted TB.
President Obama continues to take a laissez-faire approach
to the border crisis playing golf instead. The president turns a blind eye to
the crisis since the illegal aliens entering the US will nearly all become
democratic voters. Washington politicians only care about their own futures and
how they can extend the ongoing Caligula-style political-media-Fed orgy party
as long as possible.
Of grave concern, medical staff and US border employees are instructed
to keep their mouths shut and not to talk to the media concerning the diseases
and other problems occurring at the border otherwise face jail time. The US
government is prohibiting cell phones and cameras in the processing areas. The
Nazi Gestapo is alive and well in the US and Japan. Japan muzzles the news flow
concerning the ongoing Fukishima nuclear disaster threatening to jail any
citizen that does not have their stories and video tape approved ahead of time.
And now the US muzzles any negative news stories from the border crisis threatening
penalties and jail time. A ‘free country’ is a relative term nowadays since the
US is no longer truly free as the government control of news, as well as spying
on all Americans, clearly verifies. The upside is that the US is ‘more free’
than most other nations but the veteran’s did not fight for a more free country
they fought for a free country. Americans are quick to give-up liberty and
Constitutional rights these days without a care or concern. They will care in a
few years.
The UAL airplane
emergency landing yesterday had a happy ending, however, new concerns are
raised that the smell of an electrical fire was in the cabin at takeoff. United
Continental should have never allowed the plane to fly so UAL may trade lower
tomorrow.
Germany faces Argentina in the World Cup football (soccer)
final championship game and after 120 minutes of play Germany wins 1-0; the
fourth World Cup for Germany. Argentina and Brazil (the hosting nation) are
bitter rivals so the loss by Argentina serves to keep the city streets calm
across Brazil. The DAX and German stocks and ETF’s such as EWG may catch a bid
when markets open for the new week of trading in a few hours.

The Society of Professional Journalists and nearly 40 other
organizations speak in opposition against the US government suppressing news.
President Obama and the US government are preventing news reports from the
southern border crisis to lessen the negative political effect on the
president. The journalists are equally at fault since they have protected the
president in recent years writing puff pieces, asking soft-ball questions and ignoring
the ongoing IRS, VA, Benghazi and other scandals. Journalists, reporters and
politicians all attend parties and socialize together in Washington, DC, so the
political scene is highly incestuous and an insider’s game. The complaints by
journalists are a theatrical faux display and will likely fade away into the
background. The US controls the media news flow more and more each day which is
how Nazi Germany’s rise to power began.
